RN - Cardiovascular Care Unit

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Unit Overview

  • Cardiovascular unit with 30 beds
  • Cares for medium to high acuity medical, pre-operative, and post-operative surgical patients
  • Patient population ranges from young adult to geriatric
  • Patient-to-nurse ratio does not exceed 1:4

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • CVICU (2 years of experience)
  • CVICU experience within the last year
  • CVU - Cardiovascular Unit experience
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
  • Experience with Epic
  • One completed travel assignment

Additional Job Details

  • May float to other units, including Med/Surg
  • W-2 agency staff only
