Job Overview
- Contract role in Vail, Colorado
- 13-week assignment
- 3x12 day shifts
- 32 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
Role Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients and families
- Oversee daily patient flow
- Triage incoming patient requests
- Deliver patient education
- Delegate care according to Colorado statute
- Assess patients and prioritize care using critical thinking
- Handle high-volume patient calls for medications, information, and assistance
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures
- Coordinate care with physicians and other practices
- Work independently with minimal supervision
