Job Overview

• Contract role in Hot Springs, South Dakota
• 13-week assignment
• 40 hours per week
• 4-10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Rotation of weekends and call

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (R)
• 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• Radiology Technologist experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergent diagnostic imaging with fixed and portable X-ray and CT
• Adjust exposure settings, patient positioning, table position, and radiation beam to support proper image acquisition and patient protection
• Process images in PACS and complete exams per radiologist protocols
• Document, charge, and process exams in electronic medical records
• Schedule patients for X-ray, CT, MRI, US, DXA, and Holter Monitor appointments
• Assist with contrast media administration for CT exams
• Support quality control, radiation safety, patient safety, and timely exam completion
• Provide customer service to patients and staff
