Job Overview

• Location: Chico, California
• Employment type: Contract
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 10-hour shifts with varied start times, including weekend coverage
• Hours per week: 40
• Setting: Level II trauma center
• Unit focus: Pre-op and post-op surgery patients, with occasional pre-op GI patients

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
• Preoperative experience
• Experience with Epic

Desired Qualifications

• CPAN certification
• CAPA certification
• Successful completion of prior travel assignments
