- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1-3 sitters
- Night Shift: 2 charge nurses, 8 RNs, 5 paramedics
Patient Ratios: 4:1
EMR System: Meditech

Job Requirements

Specialty: Emergency Room (ER)
Years of Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 years ER experience (higher value from description)
Preferred Experience: 2+ years ER experience, Meditech EHR experience
Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
Licenses: Registered Nurse License
Skills:
- Good prioritization and time management skills
- Team player personality
Schedule: 3 PM to 3 AM shift, rotating weekends
Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs
