Job Requirements and Details

Years of Experience Required: 2 years in specialty
Experience Needed: Strong experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular nursing
On Call: Possible on-call requirement
Additional Notes:
- Local candidates from certain counties are no longer accepted as of 1/11/2024
- May be required to float to other units

This position is suitable for RNs with at least 2 years of relevant specialty experience and strong skills in multiple critical care areas.

Critical care Float pool stays within the ICUs not much med surg and step floating and float pool management is cool

Cons

SICU is clickie and you can get fired easily. Some providers seem rude to black travelers
