Job Description
- Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant role
- Equipment details and dress code will be provided on the first day
- Parking available on the first day
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Texas (Permanent license required; Compact license allowed only to start but must obtain permanent license immediately)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience working in an outpatient setting
- Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
Additional Information
- 30-day notice required before start
- No on-call duties
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- Credentialing and contract quality assurance required prior to start
