Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately.
Candidates with permanent or PRN employment at this provider within the last year are not eligible to return.
Candidates with prior traveler or perm/PRN work history more than one year ago require eligibility verification.
Equipment details will be provided during the interview.
Parking will be provided on the first day.
Dress code details will be provided on the first day.
