- Night shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Job Summary
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging using interventional radiology techniques.
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain exams and reduce anxiety.
- Apply knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, patient positioning, radiation safety, infection control, and quality control.
- Supervise students providing patient care and treatment as part of their training.
- Use imaging equipment, PACS, and EPIC systems to process and retain images and exam information.
- Ensure radiation safety to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
- Provide age-appropriate care including communication, safety, patient teaching, and understanding physical/functional growth and development.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Kentucky
- Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- Current BLS certification
- ARRT (R) certification
- Experience in supervisory roles
- Neuro experience
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
