Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology (Travel/Contract)

Location: Billings, Montana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Friday to Sunday nights

Required Certifications & Licenses

  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) for certain areas.

  • Tech Certification (e.g., ARRT for Radiology Techs).
• Background Checks:

  • 7-year background check required within 30 days of start, renewed annually.
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start.
• Education Verification: Third-party verification of highest education level required.

Health & Safety Requirements

• Physical Exam: Within 1 year of start, must state candidate is in good health and able to perform job duties.
• Fit Mask Test: Quantitative fit test with 3M mask within 90 days prior to start (annual renewal). Qualitative tests not accepted.
• Immunizations & Testing:

  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray, renewed annually.
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years or signed declination.
  • Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella: Positive IGG titer or 2 vaccines required.
  • Hepatitis B: Positive IGG titer, 3-dose vaccine series, or declination within last year.
  • Varicella: Positive IGG titer or 2 vaccines required.
  • Seasonal Flu vaccine required during flu season (Oct 31 - Mar 31), with exemptions accepted.
  • COVID-19 vaccination series or medical/religious exemption required.
• Drug Testing: Negative drug screen within 30 days of start, renewed annually.

Documentation & Compliance

• Valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport).
• Proof of name change if applicable.
• Employment application covering 7 years with explanations for gaps over 30 days.
• Two references required, including one direct supervisor reference within the last year.
• Skills checklist and work history verification preferred.

Additional Notes

• Client approvals for certifications and licenses are coordinated through compliance.
• Temporary licenses are NOT accepted for Radiology Techs.
• Onsite OSHA form required for fit testing scheduling.
• Physical exams signed by Chiropractors are NOT accepted.
• Religious exemptions for mask fit testing evaluated case-by-case.
