Job Details

Unit: MS Ortho
Shift: 3x12 hour nights
Patient Ratios: 1:6
Float required
Weekend shifts: Half of scheduled shifts
Number of rooms: 36
Charting system: Epic

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
Minimum 2 years of Orthopedics nursing experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
