Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: Nights, Monday - Thursday
• Hours: 4 shifts per week, 9 hours each (9:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in specialty (Radiology / Cardiology)
• First-time travelers are welcome

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in North Carolina
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ARRT CT certification
• Experience working with Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
• Social Security Card (required for badge)
• Background check within 60 days covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years, including:

  • Aliases verification
  • Social Security trace
  • County, statewide, national criminal, federal court, sex offender, and FACIS Level 3 searches
  • Education verification (primary source)
  • International education equivalency evaluation if applicable
• Education verification:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Graduate of a Radiology, Imaging, or related educational program required
  • No acceptance of education from schools listed on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list
• Drug screening: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 40 days of start
• Immunizations and health documents:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (adult vaccine proof required)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray (Qgold/TSPOT within 6 months)
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer proof
  • Hepatitis B titer or declination/booster documentation
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer proof
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption (required by October 20)
• Fit mask test (N95 respirator) completed within current calendar year and updated annually (exceptions apply)
• Fingerprinting (if applicable) must be completed in North Carolina prior to assignment start

Testing & Competencies

• EPIC test (pass with 80% or higher; 2 attempts allowed, 3rd attempt requires approval)
• Pass/fail Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam (required for RNs, not applicable here but noted for reference)
• Medication/Pharmacology competency exam as applicable
• Color vision test (if applicable)
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
• Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing policies

References & Work History

• Two supervisory references required from clinical assignments within the last 24 months (one within 12 months)
• Employment application/resume with 7-year work history
• Verification of employment for the last 5 years through a third-party vendor

Additional Notes

• Candidate must be flexible with scheduling and aware of zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• Compliance documents must be completed by 12 Noon EST the Wednesday prior to the start date
• Badge photo must meet strict facility requirements (no selfies, no hats, solid color background, business casual or uniform attire, forward-facing) and be submitted prior to clearance
• Candidate must review and sign facility-specific policies including floating policy and contractor equipment acknowledgement
• Workday login and onboarding tasks must be completed prior to arrival
