Pediatric Ambulatory Care Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Location: Madera, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5 days/week, 40 hours/week)

Job Description

• Work primarily in pediatrics and clinic plastic surgery settings (experience in these areas highly preferred).

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Minimum 1 year of Ambulatory Care experience, with experience within the last year.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Requirements

• Must review and sign facility-specific documents including orientation guide, confidentiality agreement, dress and grooming standards, harassment-free workplace policy, IT acceptable use policy, and parking information.
• Complete facility-specific orientation post-test prior to start.
• Submit medical or religious exemption forms if applicable for influenza vaccination.

Notes

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
• Respirator clearance form is no longer required as of 12/13/2024 but fit testing remains mandatory.
• COVID-19 vaccination is preferred but not required as of the latest update.
