Job Overview

Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift with possible night shift rotation
Hours: 36 hours per week
Orientation: Bi-weekly

Schedule and Call

Off-shifting may occur 1–3 shifts in a 4-week scheduling period, though it is often not needed.
Weeknight call is required, averaging 1–2 nights per week.
Weekend call is required, averaging every 4–5 weekends.
Block scheduling cannot be accommodated.

Required Qualifications

Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
ACLS
PALS
Driver's License
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

Level 1 Trauma experience
DaVinci experience

Work Environment

30 rooms
60–80 cases per day

Additional Notes

Scrubs are provided by the facility.
Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must live more than 100 miles from the facility.
