Contract Length: 13 weeks

Valid RN license in Florida
Minimum 2 years of Hospice experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Candidates must have completed all background checks, fingerprinting, and immunization requirements prior to start date.
Fingerprinting must be done via Livescan and clearance must be on file before starting.
Candidates with prior background check issues may experience delays and must provide official court documents as needed.
Candidates must complete all required compliance and facility-specific forms before starting.
