Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Procedural Technician

Location

Munster, Indiana

Employment Type

Travel / Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

Day shift, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Shift options: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Call required every 3rd weekend

Job Description

Support complex neurovascular and cerebrovascular procedures in a hybrid operating room environment.
Assist with emergent and elective neuro-interventional cases such as mechanical thrombectomy, aneurysm treatment, AVM/AVF interventions, and carotid procedures.
Responsibilities include setup, sterile handling, equipment preparation, and imaging support during procedures.
Work closely with neurointerventionalists or radiologists.
Use of specialized equipment including bi-plane C-arm and angiography systems.
Support use of standard interventional radiology tools (microcatheters, guidewires, coils, stents, embolic agents).

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Indiana
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year
Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
