Job Opportunity: CRT NICU - Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Location: Conway, Arkansas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per week (36 hours/week)
Start Date: August
Commute Requirement: Must live within 100 miles of the facility

Job Description

Provide respiratory therapy services rotating through NICU, ICU, COVID units, ER, floor, and nursery.
Responsibilities include ventilator management, oxygen therapy, airway management, respiratory treatments, suctioning, ABGs, EKGs, and care during high-risk deliveries.
May stabilize infants in Level 2 nursery, including ventilator support for up to 24 hours.
Use of RAM cannula, Vapotherm, and heated nasal cannulas in the nursery.
Weekend shifts are required.
Scrub color: Ceil blue and/or black.

Required Qualifications

Certified Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience within the last year (minimum 1 year).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Experience in an acute care setting.
Proficient in ventilator management.
Skilled in arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and interpretation.
Experience managing high-risk deliveries.
