Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Employment Type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Day shift, Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM
• Hours per week: 40 hours
• Work setting: Mix of inpatient and outpatient, predominantly outpatient
• Patient populations include Orthopedic, Neurological, Vestibular, Wound Care, Geriatric, and some Pediatrics
• Schedule may include every 6th Saturday

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
