Schedule and Assignment Details

• Does not float between units.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
• CT Technologist experience of at least 1 year, with experience within the last year

Background and Eligibility

• Background check completed within 90 days of start, covering all locations lived or worked in the past 7 years, and updated annually
• Driver's license or state ID
• Social Security card
• E-Verify attestation
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start, updated monthly
• HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start, updated monthly
• Third-party education verification, verifying a related degree, high school, or college education
• Transcripts or diploma only if international education, per the source
• Application covering at least the last 5 years of employment
• Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting

Health

• Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by an MD, NP, PA, or DO

Training and Onboarding

• Annual regulatory modules (about 3.5 hours), assigned through the learning system
• EHR training modules completed within one week of orientation, with transcripts required
