Home Health setting
13-week contract
Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Weekend rotation: yes
On-call: no
Local candidates accepted
Guaranteed hours: no
Average patient load: 5-6 patients per day
Weekly productivity expectation: 32 points per week
Travel territory: Monroe, Morgan, Bartholomew, and Brown counties
Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Contractor is compensated from patient home to patient home; commute to the first and last patient is not billable

Home visits and periodic office meetings
