Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the specialty
• Active Connecticut RN license
• ACLS
• BLS
• Pending license accepted
• Not open to first-time travelers

Schedule / Assignment Notes

• Locals are accepted
• RTO of 5 days or less is preferred

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM verification
• HHS/OIG verification
• Education verification
• Skills checklist current within the last year
• Work history verification for the last two employers
• References from charge nurse level or higher
• Physical exam or statement of health within 1 year prior to start
• Fit test required
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
• Hepatitis B immunity documentation
• Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Drug screen within 30 days prior to start
• Flu vaccination or approved declination
• COVID-19 exemption documentation if applicable

Additional Notes

• A clear passport-style badge photo is required
• Core competency exams are required for RN candidates
• Facility-specific onboarding documents are required
