Required Qualifications

RN license for California, unencumbered
Experience as a case manager
Discharge planning assessment experience
Strong utilization review skills
Psych social assessment skills
Acute hospital setting experience
EPIC experience

BSN preferred

2 references at supervisor level or above
7 years of employment history with no gap greater than 30 days
Background check and required sanctions/exclusion screenings
