Overview

Travel/Contract role in Santa Monica, California
Float position: candidate will float to other units where there is a case manager need
Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
First-timers accepted if experience requirements are met
Weekend requirement: No
On-call requirement: No
Charting: Epic
Scrub color: business casual attire
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
2 years of Case Management experience
Case Management experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Current and valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID
Education verification
State license verification
NURSYS verification
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
Competency Exam
Employment application with last 7 years of employment and explanations for all gaps of 30 days or more
Work history verification for the last 5 years of employment with explanations for all gaps of 30 days or more
2 references at supervisor level or above; one must be within the last year
