Minimum 23-24 visits per week to qualify for a 40-hour guarantee
Territory/county coverage will be discussed during interview, with possible surrounding county coverage
Mileage reimbursed from first patient to last patient, not to or from home
Any color scrubs and closed-toe shoes
Charting in clinic only; cannot take it home
Free parking
COVID vaccine required, with religious declination allowed
Flu vaccine may be declined with declination
All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
Contract length: 4-6 months
Less experienced clinicians must do 6 months
