RN Patient Care Coordinator (Foregut)
Overview
- Clinic-based RN role in an ambulatory setting
- Specialty focus: foregut surgery
- Schedule: 5x8 days, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- On call: No
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Clinic (2 years of experience)
- Clinic experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Role Details
- Provides care coordination, assessment and triage, medication management, and clinical support for foregut surgeons
- Responsibilities include medical record review, following developed protocols, determining patient scheduling, monitoring diagnostic results and patient care progress, and participating in quality reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN is preferred for RNs
