Skilled home care visits: 6–8 per day
Patients may include cardiopulmonary assessment, basic wound care, ABI compression dressing, wound vac dressing, Pleurx/Aseptdrain care, foley catheter change and care, staple/suture removal, glucometer use, pro-time machine use, SQ/IM injections, lab draw venipuncture, PICC line or Midline care and dressing change, and SQ port access/deaccess
Diagnoses include general medical diagnoses and high-risk diagnoses such as HF, COPD, MI, Pneumonia, and Stroke
Post-op care included
Visits and hours are self-scheduled based on HomeCare office needs
Scrubs: any solid color
Laptop, MiFi, and portable printers are used
Documentation systems include BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, and Ace Timesheet
