Job Overview

• Weekend requirement: Every 3rd weekend

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Montana
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Requirements

• Background check required
• Annual EPLS/GSA/SAM check required
• Annual HHS/OIG check required
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• N95 fit test within 12 months of start
• Tdap vaccination within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray documentation required
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunization or immunity documentation required
• Negative 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or declination required during flu season
• Skills checklist required annually

Role Summary

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support patient independence
• Work collaboratively with providers and care teams across acute, outpatient, and long-term care settings
