Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Tucson, Arizona
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 4x12 hours, 11:00–23:30
- 48 hours per week
- 3x12s may be available if preferred
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) or CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience caring for ventilated patients
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Level 1 trauma experience
Work Environment
- Supports PCTs and medics
- Patient ratio: 1:5
- Approximately 210 visits per day
- Every other weekend coverage required, with 4 weekend shifts during the contract

- EPIC familiarity required
