Overview

Unit Details
- Critical Care Float Pool role
- Floating may include multiple ICU areas and related critical care units
- Float assignment is within units of equivalent or lower acuity
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Critical Care Float experience with 2 years of experience
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- IV start capability
- Telemetry experience
- Ventilator management experience
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- Neuro ICU experience
- CVICU experience
- SICU - Surgical Intensive Care experience
- MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit experience
- Experience with Epic
