Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California

- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience in a Home Health setting
Work Expectations
- Must have own transportation
- Occasional travel radius may exceed 50 miles
- Timely communication and documentation are required
- Weekends may be used to meet productivity
Additional Details
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- Local candidates are accepted
- On-call is not required
- Documentation tools are provided and must be returned
- Charting/training tools are provided for MediScrib and OASIS
- Any color scrubs are allowed
- Parking is free
- Mileage reimbursement is at IRS standard rate
