Role Summary
Provides high-risk labor and delivery nursing care in an acute care setting, including assessment, care coordination, direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of experience in OB (Obstetrics)
- Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP
- AWHONN Intermediate
- Experience with Epic
Schedule Notes
- Weekend rotation required
- No on-call

- Unit-specific skills checklist required
- Full 7-year work history must be included in the application
- Background, health, and onboarding documentation are required before start
