Travel/Contract Registered Nurse — Med/Surg Telemetry

Location

• Mayfield Heights, Ohio

Schedule

• Night shift
• 3 x 12-hour shifts
• 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Contract Length

• 13–18 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Med Surg / Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check prior to start
• Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• Monthly HHS/OIG check
• FBI and BCI fingerprinting completed within 48 hours of signed contract
• Education verification
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask clearance within 12 months of start
• Tdap vaccination/documentation
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
• Annual drug screening
• Annual flu vaccination/documentation
• Annual eye exam
• 2 references from recent employment
• Employment application with prior work history
• Annual skills checklist
• BCI/FBI fingerprint result attestation

Onboarding Notes

• Online training modules must be completed before start
• Baseline competency testing is completed during orientation
