Radiologic Technologist - Computed Tomography (CT)

Job Summary

This position involves performing radiographic procedures to produce diagnostic images in the radiology department, emergency room, and surgery suite using portable techniques. Responsibilities include providing procedural-related patient care and education, maintaining records and documentation, supporting patient care needs (including language barriers), and ensuring confidentiality of patient records. The role requires professional interaction with patients and families, offering explanations and reassurance as needed. The technologist must be able to work independently and participate in a rotating on-call schedule including weeknights and weekends.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a minimum 2-year Radiologic Technology program or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in radiologic technology, radiology, or a related field.
• State of Kansas certification (can start with license pending; proof of application required once position offered).
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).
• Minimum 1 year of radiologic/CT experience preferred (new graduates will be considered).
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required.
