Job Overview

• Location: Windsor, Vermont

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Vermont
• Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting

Preferred

• At least 6 months of previous travel experience
• Cerner experience

Assignment Notes

• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Traveler must have their own vehicle
• Requested time off must be submitted at profile upload; no more than 5 days will be accepted
• All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission
• Call-offs must be communicated to the unit supervisor at least 1.5 hours in advance
• After 3 call-offs, the contract may be terminated at the facility’s discretion
