Job Opportunity: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, day/night rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year prior travel nursing experience required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with ICU experience within the last year
- At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Completion of the MGB Medication Exam
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Notes
- No onsite fit testing available; must be completed prior to start
- Background checks and verifications must be current and updated if there is a break in employment greater than 6 months
- Documentation of name changes required if credentials do not match current legal name
This position is ideal for experienced ICU RNs with prior travel nursing experience seeking a rotating day/night schedule in a critical care setting.
