Overview

Specialty: RN Telemetry I
Location: Salem, Massachusetts
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 36 hours per week; day/evening/night rotation with every other weekend
Floating: Must be willing to float to 8 different units

Role Highlights

Provides cardiac monitoring, cardiac drip management, and telemetry strip interpretation
Floats throughout the hospital to Med/Surg Tele areas and related units
Patient mix includes ED border patients, acute mental health medication patients, and transfer-ready non-vented ICU patients

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience in an Acute Care setting
2 years of experience working as a Traveler
2 years or more of total travel experience
Float experience within the last year
Float experience
TR Band experience
