Required Qualifications

Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
RCIS
ACLS
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

COVID-19 vaccine documentation or declination/exemption
Influenza vaccine documentation or declination/exemption
10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
MMR documentation
Fit test within 1 year of start
Hepatitis B series or declination
2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) within 1 year of start
