Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Technician

Location: Mishawaka, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Work Schedule

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Rotating call required
• Holiday rotation: One winter holiday and one summer holiday

Required Certifications & Licenses

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required
• Must provide current license verification (state-specific)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Specialty: Cath Lab Technician

Health & Compliance Requirements

• Fit test
• Annual TB questionnaire

• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• Physical/Health statement confirming fitness to work
• Tdap vaccine (declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)

Background & Professional Requirements

• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county, last 7 years)
• Social Security Number verification
• Education verification (degree or diploma/GED)
• Drug screening and various professional compliance forms required prior to onboarding
• Trinity Health-specific forms and agreements (code of conduct, confidentiality, integrity and audit services, conflict of interest disclosure, system access, orientation guide)
• Skills checklist and resume submission required

Additional Notes

• All certifications and verifications must be current and uploaded to the system prior to start date
• Documentation must include front and back images of certification cards where applicable
• Compliance with all Trinity Health onboarding requirements is mandatory
