Home health caseload includes OASIS admissions, all time points, episode management, doctor calls, coordination of care, and timely documentation in EMR
Clinical competencies include wound care, IVs, ports, lab draws, and chronic disease management
Typical workload: 20–25 patients and about 4.5 visits per day on average
Daily travel may range from 25–60 miles depending on territory, patient census, and staff availability

May float to Medford, Antigo, and WI Rapids, with limited use based on current need in Wausau

Mileage is reimbursed at the government approved rate
