Minimum Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA</li><li>Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment</li><li>BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC</li><li>At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings</li><li>Must be open to working 2 evenings per week until 7:30pm</li><li>New graduates not accepted</li></ul>
 
Assignment Details
<ul><li>Shift hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm</li><li>Scheduled days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday</li><li>Open to a 4x10 schedule</li><li>Two evenings per week may extend until 7:30pm</li><li>EMR: Raintree</li><li>Patient population includes spinal disorders, post-surgical conditions, shoulder impingement, impaired balance, and athletic injuries</li><li>Three HealthStream modules will be assigned prior to start and must be completed prior to start</li></ul>
