Job Summary

• Entry-level role providing specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services under immediate to general supervision and mentorship.
• Supports diagnosis, care, treatment, and surveillance for adult and pediatric patients in a variety of care settings, including acute inpatient facilities, outpatient physician practices, diagnostic/urgent care centers, and remote statewide outreach clinics.

Required Qualifications

• CT Technologist experience within the last year.
• 1 year of CT Technologist experience.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with ordered procedures.
• Use specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment and techniques to perform diagnostic, interventional, and/or surgical procedures.
• Conduct post-procedure review to confirm required elements are completed, documented, and technically compliant.
• Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting.
• Perform quality control checks, cleaning, high-level disinfecting, and user maintenance per manufacturer and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in continuing education, professional development, and research activities.
