Overview

  • Contract assignment

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Nevada
  • BLS

Credentialing / Onboarding

  • Candidate must complete additional ATI documentation outside the standard clearance packet before starting
  • Contract QA required

Additional Notes

  • Can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license right away
  • For South Carolina, a permanent license is required
  • Candidates with perm/PRN ATI work within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year
  • Candidates with prior ATI traveler history, or perm/PRN history more than one year ago, must be reviewed for rehire eligibility
  • Parking is provided on the first day
  • Dress code will be provided on the first day
