Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position
Location: Fort Mohave, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Facility Setting
- Acute rehab, musculoskeletal (m/s)
- 12 beds
- Position may float to other units within acute rehab, m/s
Schedule
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Rotating weekends
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in OT specialty (higher value applied: 2 years)
- Prior travel experience: Not required
Additional Information
- Reason for opening: Contractor replacement
- EMR systems used: Medhost, Redoc/NetHealth
- Dress code: Royal blue scrubs
- Preferred experience level: Any (open)
