Location: Providence, Rhode Island
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Schedule: Nights & Weekends only, 48 hours per week (no variations)
Start Date: May 31, 2026
End Date: September 5, 2026 (no extensions)


Job Description

Provide patient-centered nursing care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in collaboration with families, following professional nursing standards. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation.


Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Rhode Island
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)
  • NICU experience within the last year
  • BLS certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
