Job Description
- Conduct psychosocial assessments of patients and families addressing social, emotional, interpersonal, and environmental issues.
- Develop biopsychosocial assessments, disposition, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to evaluate patients' medical or physical conditions and assess client needs.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document client progress based on measurable goals in treatment and care plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all relevant policies and standards.
Required Education
- Master's Degree in Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine or Social Work.
- Experience cannot substitute for degree.
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license preferred.
- Other related licenses (LICSW, LMHC) are also preferred but not required.
- BLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military).
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Massachusetts.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker experience within the last year.
- Master's Degree in Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine or Master's Degree in Social Work.
