Job Description

• Position: Radiologic Technologist
• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Overnight

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• License: Valid ARRT certification for X-Ray Technologist
• Basic Life Support (BLS): Required (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted in some cases)
• Fit Test: N95 respirator fit test within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no onsite fit testing)
• Immunizations & Health Requirements:

  • MMR: Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test
  • Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30), no exemptions allowed
  • TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON/T-spot blood test within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break
  • Health Statement: Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break
  • Hepatitis B: Strongly preferred (3 vaccines or proof of immunity or declination)
  • Tdap: Preferred, vaccine within 10 years and updated upon expiration
  • Positive PPD: If positive TB test, documentation of a negative chest x-ray required
• Background Checks & Verifications:

  • Criminal Background Check including Massachusetts CORI within 45 days prior to start date
  • National Sex Offender Registry check within 30 days of start and updated annually
  • Exclusion Checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days of start and annually
  • Social Security Number Trace and Education Verification required
• Additional Documentation:

  • Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city & state
  • Two recent professional references (minimum one supervisor or above)
  • Skills checklist and candidate submission coversheet required for submission
  • Confirmation of Assignment/POI form required for onboarding
  • Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required if fit test is required
