Overview
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 36 hours, day/night rotating, every other weekend, every other holiday
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- CVICU (3 years of experience)
- CVICU experience within the last year
- 1 year or more of total travel experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Expertise in advanced heart failure management
Required Onboarding Items
- BLS certification
- Resume including the past 7 years of work experience, with city and state for all work experience and education
- 2 references from within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- Education verification
- SSN trace
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
- Medication exam with an 80% passing score
- Fit test and respirator medical clearance attestation, if required for the skill
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB test documentation

- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Beeline attestation

- Positive TB screening requires a chest x-ray showing no active tuberculosis
