Schedule

• Day shift: 06:00 - 18:30
• May occasionally be placed on call during low census and must be able to arrive on-site within one hour if called in

Role Overview

• Provides nursing care for geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, and telemetry patients
• Traveler must self-study telemetry strips upon acceptance and pass a basic dysrhythmia test during the first week to work on the telemetry/med-surg unit

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• CPI/MOAB
• Driver's License
• Experience with Epic
