Job Description

• 36 or 48 hour contracts acceptable
• Every other weekend required

• 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start, includes MRO review for prescriptions or negative-dilute results
• Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start
• Employment verification for past 7 years, updated annually or if break in service > 90 days
• Ascension Profile and at least two professional references required prior to first assignment
