Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- CVU - Cardiovascular Unit experience

Role Details
- Provides direct nursing care for critically ill patients using advanced medical equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors
- Administers medications, fluids, and treatments
- Monitors for changes in patient condition and emergencies
- Documents patient status, treatments, and nursing interventions
- Collaborates with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Provides emotional support and education to patients and families
- Follows infection control protocols
- Participates in continuing education and training
